The Engineered Bifold Door series have been selected to give the widest range of options in design, timber, pattern and price.

The bi-fold doors are engineered to provide greater stability than traditional construction methods. All stiles and mid rails are constructed with pieces of laminated timbers which are glued together and then veneered over to provide a much stronger stile or rail which will not twist or warp.

The bi-fold panels are raised and fielded on both sides and constructed of medium density fibreboard (MDF) with a timber veneer added to match the stiles and rails. Using MDF in the construction avoids shrinkage and splitting of the panel which can happen in traditional construction methods.

Applying doors with a real wood veneer provides greater uniformity in colour and improves the appearance of the door.
